“We are thrilled to welcome IFCO Systems to The Sustainability Consortium as a new member,” said Dr. Sarah Lewis of the Food, Beverage, and Agriculture Sector of TSC. “IFCO’s experience in fresh product distribution methods will bring important perspectives to the work of the FBA Sector. In addition to greater product protection and lower supply chain costs, IFCO’s innovative containers also offer environmental benefits compared to traditional one-way packaging.

“IFCO has always championed environmental sustainability,” said Hillary Femal, Director of Strategic Market Development at IFCO. “IFCO will continue to work to improve the sustainability of global agriculture supply chains, providing efficient and sustainable solutions for packaging. We look forward to expanding our sustainable efforts through our TSC membership.”

TSC’s Food, Beverage, and Agriculture Sector is the largest sector in TSC and home to other participants such as Kellogg’s, MillerCoors, and PepsiCo, Inc.
