TSC SLI Adaptive Action Lab- Scoping Issues of Concern (Supplier Engagement)

Join us for the first of three SLI Adaptive Action Labs utilizing a Three Horizons mapping process to reimagine supplier engagement in service to more resilient and transparent supply chains. Together we will move through a scoping exercise to narrow our focus and create learning and action groups for collaboration across the remaining sessions. Participants will come away with a shared direction for exploration and a model that can be used for scoping group discussions around any complex challenge.
