Dairy Sustainability Alliance® Member Discovery Series: Farmer Perspectives on Data and Actionable Insights to Scale Farm-level Data Activities

Access to quality data is essential for accurately measuring and reporting on sustainability practices and outcomes at the farm and throughout the food and agricultural supply chain. While farmers are more broadly leaning into the opportunities that digital ag can provide, they are still hindered by significant challenges. The Sustainability Consortium and Trust in Food, a Farm Journal initiative, have therefore collaborated on an annual survey of U.S. row crop farmers to identify emerging trends around digital agriculture and learn more about farmer perspectives on data collection and sharing.

 In this webinar, they will share key findings from the “Farmer Perspectives on Data 2021” report that will better equip organizations throughout the supply chain with an improved understanding of the realities farmers face related to production-level data collection and sharing by providing actionable insights that can help lead to the robust, integrated data ecosystem that is needed to increase supply chain transparency, sustainability and resiliency.
