January 28, 2022 TEMPE, AZ, FAYETTEVILLE, AR – The Sustainability Consortium (TSC) welcomes Amy Scoville–Weaver as their new Director, Retail. Scoville–Weaver joins TSC from Arizona State University’s (ASU) Corporate Engagement and Strategic Partnerships team formerly as their Senior Manager, Business Development. As a part of the TSC leadership team, she will drive impact and development with TSC’s global retail members and customers, who include Walmart, Amazon, Target, Walgreens Boots Alliance (WBA), Sprouts, Ahold–Delhaize and others.
At ASU, Scoville–Weaver managed the ASU Global Futures Laboratory–Conservation International partnership and connected corporate partners to ASU expertise and assets to create strategic partnerships to advance university priorities. At TSC, she will lead the current and future direction for retailer support using TSC’s THESIS platform, powered by SupplyShift. In addition, she will join the supplier support team and work under the direction of Carolyn Baltz, TSC VP of Development.

Before joining ASU, Scoville–Weaver worked for the International Rescue Committee in Nairobi and Phoenix and with Here Now Europe in London, UK. She has a BA in Liberal Arts from Sarah Lawrence College and a MSc in Environment and Development from the London School of Economics and Political Science. In 2020, she was selected as a Top Young AZ Business Leader in the AZ Big Media Ranking of Top 20 Young Business Leaders and was an Arizona Forward Emerging Sustainability Leader in 2019– 2020. She currently serves as a board member for the Valley Young Professionals Greater Phoenix Chamber, served on the Arizona Sustainability Alliance Advisory Board (2019–2021) and volunteered for Arizona Big Brothers Big Sisters (2017–2020).
Scoville–Weaver will be based out of TSC’s ASU office in Tempe, Arizona.
