Discussions will cover sustainable proteins, regenerative agriculture, plant-based foods, upcycled ingredients, circular economy, ecommerce opportunities, marketing best-practices, consumer insights, impact communications, organic market outlook, etc. Organised by Ecovia Intelligence (formerly Organic Monitor), the aim of the summit is to encourage sustainability in the food industry by bringing together key stake-holders and debate major industry issues in a high-level forum.
